Day 071: Duet 3-4

                            Fav verse:

‘..Is there any God in heaven or on earth who can perform such great and mighty deeds as you do?’ 3:24

                            Reflection:

There is truly no one who can do what God can. His power and might is far beyond what we can truly understand, and that’s the reason why most faith dimmers because we try to hard to understand and find reason on why God has done something or how God is going to do it. But God can win every war with no losses, he can provide food with no resources, part sea’s with ease and most importantly use his only son to forgive us of our sins. It is not our job to question God and how will get us to succeed but just to have faith that he will. Our obedience and trust in his will here on earth, is the greatest show of our understanding of the LORD.

Day 72: Duet 5-7

                           Fav verse:

‘You must love the LORD with all your heart, all your soul, and all your strength’ 6:5

                           Reflection:

Have you loved the LORD with all your heart? It may be hard to see all his commandments and to always obey them and surrender yourself to his will. Especially on days when you feel you are far away from God but know that he loved you regardless and he knows how the season you are in is affecting you so imagine how happy he is when despite this you call to him, you still try to live for him. It is in our darkest days when our love for God should shine the brightest. Your heart is always safe with God.

Day 73: Duet 8-10

                           Fav verse:

‘Remember the LORD your God. He is the one who gives you power to be successful…’ 8:18

 Reflection:

If what we are doing is not bringing glory to God, it is not worth doing. When we strive to create success our own way and do not include God in our plans the joy we get will be fleeting and our achievements will not always be our own. If what we do is from God it will always bear spiritual fruits, if not then consult God and ask him to redirect your plans so that you are living to his will. When we live for God we will excel in every way.

Day 74: Duet 11-13

                          Fav verse:

‘..Show love to the LORD your God by walking in his ways and holding tightly to him’ 11:12

                          Reflection:

Obedience to God leads to breakthroughs in our lives, because your obedience to God shows your love to him and that is the key to unlocking these treasured promises found in Gods words. God’s amazing promises and blessings come with knowing him and living in his ways, we are his beloved children he want to see us live a peaceful life with him. It will be a struggle sometimes even the most devoted child of his will have bad days but keep following Christ; he never forgets when you turn away from the world and towards him, he will always reward it.

Day 75: Duet 14-16

                          Fav verse:

‘You have been set apart as holy to the LORD your God, and he has chosen you from all the nations of the earth to be his own special treasure.’ 14:2

                           Reflection:

It is not until we realise that the God of all Earth has chosen us that we will act like the royalty we are. We are set apart to do his will and live in his ways. We do not have to settle for second best, because Gods love for us never changes. We represent his name and nothing mediocre is representing God. When we see ourselves through God’s eyes. We see our true reflection. Choose to live for God and the world will see that he is with us, and we are called to live as royalty through him.

Day 76: Duet 17-20

                             Fav verse:

‘But you must be blameless before the LORD your God’ 18:13

                             Reflection:

God knows our heart, the intentions and the motivations that direct it. We all make mistakes and fall short, but it is what we do after that can change everything. If we turn away and fall deeper into sin than we are at fault, but as a his children who truly love him, we should use that as a motivation to live a better life for Christ, we will accept that we have sinned, and we will also accept that we are forgiven. And it is a new chance to dedicate ourselves even more to Christ. So live for God in all that you do even when you fall. Take God’s hand get back up. And live in his way.

Day 77: Duet 21-23

                                Fav  verse:

‘..He turned the intended curse into a blessing because the LORD your God loves you.’ 23:5

                              Reflection:

God cares for all areas of our lives and has a plan. For every part of it, it may be hard to follow and understand all the rules that come with following God and there may even be times that you question if living a life representing him is worth it, but know that no matter how hard the days may get, it never goes unrewarded when following Christ. Being with God comes with many blessings, you have his divine protection from all that is trying to harm you. And even if you get into trouble, God is with you and he will always use it for your good. He loves you deeply so know that whatever stormy waves you are going through right now. God can use it to guide you back to shore.
